Refund Policy

1. Coin Purchases

Credits are virtual currency used within Lunaple. Refund eligibility depends on usage:

  • Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase
  • Partially used credit packs: only the unused portion is eligible for refund
  • Credits that have been used for services (readings, chat tickets, etc.) are non-refundable
  • Technical errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized purchases are always eligible for a full refund

2. Chat Tickets

Chat tickets (additional Luna conversation turns) are purchased with credits:

  • Purchased chat tickets do not expire and remain until used
  • Unused chat turns follow the credit refund policy (refundable as credit value)
  • Used chat turns are non-refundable

3. Subscriptions (Luna Plus / Luna Premium)

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • If you cancel within 7 days and have not used any premium features, you are eligible for a full refund
  • After 7 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Remaining subscription time continues until the expiry date
  • After expiry, your account reverts to the free tier
  • Bonus credits granted with subscription are deducted from your balance upon refund

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@lunaple.com with:

  • Your account email
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Transaction ID (if available)

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Free Services

Daily free readings and daily Luna chat turns have no monetary value and are not eligible for any form of compensation. Daily chat turns reset at midnight and do not carry over.
