We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google or Apple account. We also collect usage data such as reading history and chat messages with Luna.
Lunaple uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate readings and interpretations. All content is for entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. Your inputs may be processed by our AI partner but are not used to train AI models.
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and UK/EU residents have rights under UK GDPR. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@lunaple.com.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or sell your data to advertisers.
Lunaple is not intended for users under 13 years of age (16 in the UK/EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Reading history older than 6 months may be summarized and original data deleted. You can request full deletion at any time.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; request deletion of your personal information; and opt out of the sale of your personal information.
