1. Entertainment Disclaimer

All tarot readings, astrological interpretations, dream analyses, and other content provided by Lunaple are for entertainment purposes only. They should not be considered professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or psychological). Always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions.

2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the UK/EU) to use Lunaple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

3. Credits & Subscriptions

  • Credits are virtual currency with no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
  • Subscriptions (Luna Plus, Luna Premium) auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
  • You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your Stripe billing portal
  • Free credits from signup bonuses, attendance, or referrals have no cash value

4. Acceptable Use

  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the service
  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm others
  • Do not attempt to bypass credit enforcement, rate limits, or authentication
  • Violations may result in account suspension or termination

5. Intellectual Property

Lunaple's brand, Luna character, tarot card designs, and AI-generated content are owned by Yujin Network. You may share your reading results on social media with attribution.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Luna (AI) may not always be accurate or appropriate. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated readings. The AI does not have access to real astrological data or supernatural abilities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lunaple is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on readings.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. For users in the US, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. UK/EU statutory consumer rights are not affected.
